When I mean full boost I mean the maximum the turbo can produce with given rpm. My waste gate is closed all the time. Cruising around town 45-50 mph I can hear the turbo whistle real nice. When I do romp on it the turbo goes to full boost. 2700-3300 rpms is all turbo shutter(over boost) but it's a smoke free 7.3. So no more tickets for excessive smoke. =]
