Okay this is what i got; Eagle 393 stroker kit, h beam rods, hyper pistons and rpm air gap intake, oh and 89 truck heads may have gt 40 if i need to, anyway this engine is going to be used in a marine application in a very heavy boat the problem is I dont know what kind of cam to use. Any help would be appreciated! Also will I have clearence issues with piston skirt to crank issues?

I would guess that you need a cam that gives torque early, like an rv/towing cam. I doubt you will have any piston clearance issues if you got the pistons that are correct for the crank.

Oh, and welcome to the Iowa Chapter!

Thank you, and I did a little more research and decided to go with Lunati's 61002 cam. I think its really going to work well for my application and the price wasnt bad. I got the cam and lifters for a little over 210.00 bucs. I'll keep you guys posted on the build. I have to take my Eagle rotating assembly to get balanced today and that also is going to set me back a easy 200.00!
