Has anyone ever installed one of these?

So I purchased this brake bracket, pedal, MC, and booster however MBM who makes it changed the design from what would have worked to this not so friendly design. The pedal hits the bottom of the floor pan and you can only line up one of the three bolts holes. I'm not going about this very easily as I'm not removing the cab again nor am I taking out the fuel tank. If anyone has used on of these will you please share your experiance to any modifications you may have made. Thanks again.

I'm going to see what I can figure out in the morning....I contacted MBM and they said they would refund my money if I didn't want to modify it. The company that makes the brackets for MBM sent them this design and they said it's a 6 month turn around. Gotta get this finished before August in time for the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville!!

I bought one from CPP, it is a very well built piece and bolted up perfectly, and uses the stock pedal

This is the one I installed last year. Only needed to drill a couple holes in the frame and as stated uses the stock pedal. You will need to move the access hole in the floor to fill the master cylinder or use a remote fill. They supply a squeeze bottle to fill it but removing the lid is tough with only 1/4 or less of clearance to work with. All-in-all a great system and I plan to use the same one on my panel truck when the time comes.

Thanks Brian, I have already bought a real cool remote fill with Billet MC cover, SS Braided line and a firewall mount billet fill resorvoir. I'm headed to the garage now to play with it. Almost finsihed with the brakes. I'll post pics tonight.

Brake Bracket

The bracket is in place. Sorry if the pic comes out small....I used my phone to take the picture. I also have the booster and MC on now too, just waiting to hook up the lines and then I'll post pics of it too.

So I now have the brakes installed... It turned out rather nicely if I say so myself. I took pictures but I'm having trouble uploading them... As soon as I quit getting the error upload message the pics will be on here.
