1999 F-150 Wiper problems

I have a 99 F-150 Ext Cab V6 and am having problems with the windshield wipers, when I turn them off they don't park where they are supposed to, they park straight up. I have replaced the wiper/turn signal switch, the motor, the relay and still nothing, the wipers do work on all speeds but just won't park, I am clueless here and need help, thanks in advance.

If memory serves, there is a set of contacts that provide a "parking ground".
Its been years since Ive dug into these.
This set of contacts actually keeps B+ voltage on the wiper motor until the blade arms get to the "park" position on the windshield.
Again...Im working from way old memory, but this set of contacts should be mounted in or close to the wiper motor gearbox assy.

I couldn't find any bad wires or anything. Somebody told me it might be the gem module but all the research that I have done so far it looks like there would be more issues then the wiper not parking in the right spot. I have no clue whats wrong with it

This issue is usually a bad motor. Is it possible your replacement was defective?

Of course I have seen a few folks replace the motor and not reset the wiper arms in the correct place and they dont park in the correct position and I have seen wiper blades simply reinstalled way off from park position.
