Sounds like your glow plugs arent working still. Does the wait to start light come on? What bran glow plugs did you install? Have you checked for power to the GP's when the WTS light is on?

I think I'd pull the valve covers and check for power at the gp's after confirming it is getting to the plug at the VC. Autolites dont last at all in the pre PSD trucks, not sure about the PSD. Its best to check at the plug with it still plugged in to keep the load on the circuit. I use a stick pin to backprobe them. The couple I've done were burnt looking at the socket in the VC gasket.
If you don't get an answer here, try posting in the 7.3 PSD section. For engine specific problems you may get more help. Here's the link to it.

good news i think! had prob. getting truck started under 50 or so, checked voltage at gpr-1.2 volts difference, befor changing out new gpr we checked around different votages, both batt. run together, on post had differant reading than terminals, sitting and running. cleaned all 4 term. spins over faster and started at 34degs. just figured i say something, like the stupids things could be the prob. i'll see in a few minutes after i throw some groceries down my neck
