Well today I decided to go over my buddies house that has a "mud pit" in his back yard. And I decided to attempt to go thru the pit. Once I got about half way through I realized that this **** isn't even mud anymore its muck .But it was my first time ever going through a pit and I have broken motor mounts. I ended up making it over 3/4 the way thru before i pushed a wall of muck and bricks(put bricks in there to try to help people have something to grip onto) in front of my tires and it all got stuck in my tread to make me have slicks. But it was such a rush! My heart was racing the whole time. Heres some pix my friend took.
theres my drag slicks lol
o yea i also backed into a tree when backing outta the pit.
close! essex lol right next to the train tracks. but he is prob draining it and making it more even but a lil deeper and make it more of instead of muck
If you go with me he wont care. the prob is once you go through once or twice theres not much else you can do unless the yard is wet cause then u can slide all over the place
It's usualy better after rain cause the **** when its dry is more like wet clay and it just doesnt get it that muddy. who knows maybe we can make a day outta it. Bud wanna get ur truck a lil muddy? lol
Strokin what area are you in? have you ever been back 43?
do you know where the essex area is? thats where this kids house is and that where "43" is. its just called 43 because its just a wooded area off of rt 43. it ha mostly just trails and a few mud pits. ive never actualy driven back there just rode with my buddy but its pretty fun.
