Rear power window not working.

2008 KR Crew Cab SWR 4x4 6.4.
Hey guys not sure if anyone has had this problem or not. I took he backing off from the back of the cab and it looks like the wire has gotten bound up in the spool. So now nothing happens when i push the open button on the dash. I put the seat backs down and watched as the wire barely moved. My questions is how do you get it apart? I has rivots not bolts on the spool. There are three bolts that are holding this item up on the back of the cab but that is only to take the whole thing down not fix the spool. Thank you for your help in advance. If i need a new steup does anyone know where i can get one.

I know when mine stopped working the cable had popped out of the holder on one end. By holder I am talking about the blaqck molded plasic at the bottom of the glass near the corner. It had broken through the plastic. Ford did a design change on it in later models. The rear window and cable assembly are one piece design. I had to get a whole new window. $800 plus from Ford installed. My extended warranty covered it though.
