pickin gup a 88 lincoln towncar with a 5.0 efi and auto trans to swap into my 60 F100 anyone out there know were I can find a wiring harness diagram so I can figure out how to wire this thing up. Any help is appreciated thanks

 

If you can't find anything on the internet, you might try your local library, or perhaps a friendly local Ford dealer for a photocopy from their factory service manuals.

 

Check with Ron Francis. He has wiring for just about all EFI systems...

 

dont waste your time with Ford service manuals, they show squat for wiring!, when i did mine i ended up buying original ford wiring schematics on e bay, there fold out pages with all wiring plug ins, wires labled and components, believe i paid $25 bux for them

 

Go pick up a Haynes manual for the Lincoln. They have good, detailed schematics of the entire vehicles wiring harness including the EFI. The rest of the book will come in handy, too. Well worth the $15.

 

I both modify the harnesses and build them from scratch, if you're interested. I've done more than I can count. I make them a 5 wire hookup for you.
