6.0 liter Diesel 2006 Between 40 and 50 truck bucks and jerks when in od and trying to slightly accelerate or going up hill. Truck has been starting hard when warm also (cranks no fire). Spent $1800 2 months ago for new comp and barely made it home after it was replaced. Truck kept stahling. Seemed better with the stahling till the other day it died (just shut) tried to restart and cranked very fast almost like tbelt off in the old days.
Anyway i will let you know whats srong with it when the dealer calls Mon. The computor wasnt covered and truck was 1 month out of warranty and has 68k miles. i called ford and they said "sorry charlie" no financial help at all. will sell truck when its fixed and get chevy. They acted almost mean about it??? I have 4 super duties and 4 chevy 2500 and the chevy have smaller issues than ford typilcal rebuild the front end and drop thousands into somyhing thats one month out of warranty.

 

Did you ever find out what was causing this? Mine is doing the very same thing.
