Hit another truck with my F250. The damage! Going to sell!

Ok Guys I want to start by saying I was not driving! I had lent to a good friend while his truck was in the shop. He slid into a dodge on black ice doing 20mph. This was the out come! Both drivers walked away and are ok!

I'm going to part with the truck, As a whole or part it out. I have a offer on it as a whole and engine and trans. It only got a 107,000 on it. Need some front body work and some rear body work but be side that it a good solid truck.

It when I brought it home 2 months ago!

It a 95 F250 XL 2wd, long bed, 7.3L, Single cab. If anyone would like a project or parts let me know. I'm not doing anything till sunday but If I sell the engine I will part it out and scrape the rest. So lmk.

All that from 20mph?!! Wow, maybe these trucks aren't quite as tough as I thought. Glad everyone is OK Doug. If you were closer to Texas that low mileage engine would be sweet sitting in the shop. Good luck with the sale!!

That looks a bit more than 20mph to me.
Unless the dodge was backing up when he hit him. haha.

Yeah, I hit a Civic doing about 20mph.. All it did was dent my front bumper a bit. I've hit deer going 60+mph, hit a pipe rail fence going about 15-20mph... None of which did that kind of damage. The Dodge musta had a hell of a back bumper. Kinda like the one on your truck Doug!!

Is it you with the giant like 5" pipe rear bumper or am I thinking of someone else? I think I'm thinking of somebody else now. LOL

Are the front fenders still straight on that truck? It looks like they might be.

Had the same thing happen to me back in September, Lent a friend the truck for work, and he smacked a DUMP TRUCK hitting the pintale, it buckled the frame and bent the bumper, but NOT AS BAD as your bumper. He was going 45-50 when a car suddenly stopped, the dump truck swirved to go around, he did the same, but impacted the back of the dump truck. Now my truck had no grille, rad, or lights left.
I once hit a tree in the middle of the night, was fallen across the roadway on a dark night, I hit that sucker at 30 and did more damage to the tree full size maple, than the truck..

Glad everyone is ok on your end.

However i believe he was going way over 20, when he hit, regardless sorry to hear that.
