How much is involved in camming a 390 out???

I'm gonna have my motor stripped to the short block, to replace head and intake gaskets. I want to stick in a crane 343901 cam while I'm at it. Do cam kits like they sell in jegs have all the stuff I need, or do I have to go buy valve springs, timing sets etc. separatly?? Would a an ebrock performer intake go good with this?

thanks for info

The only thing that comes in the Crane cam kit is the cam, lifters, and break in additive. You will need to buy the spring, retainers and locks separately.
