When I drive on a rough road, from the inside of my 2000 F250, I feel like there is something loose on my frame. I thought it was a loose shock, or one of the suspension pieces, I put it up on a rack, everything is tight(?)
Any suggestions?

 

Bad ball joints? Should be videos on you tube to show how to check them.

 

sorry i cant help i have that problem too so pleas post problem when tou find i have a 2002 super duty 5.4 i replaced both upper /lower and inner tie rods seems every things is tight but cluncks like hell good luck

Check the stabilizer bar bushings and end links.

 

definitely check your sway bar and end link bushings.

I agree, check for slop in sway bar rubber bushings where the sway bar is mounted to axle.
