Motor oil leak out of bottom of bellhousing

Nope! that would indicate one of several things...... rear main or oil leak on the top of the engine migrating into the bell housing or the oil sender is leaking and it is migrating into the bell housing.
There is a valley pan drain (square hole) that dumps onto the rear upper area on the back of the engine so it could be fuel......
If it is red then that could be auto trans or ZF trans related......since they both use ATF.

Update: Well cleaned the top of the lifter valley and ran the vehicle for a while. The top of the lifter valley is getting oil from somewhere - at least it looks like oil or an oil mixture. The line from the turbo connecting to the back of the motor is seeping a bit; but is lower than the lifter valley. I tried tightening it; but, it appears to have another fitting that is spinning. Looks like I'm gonna have to try to get back there and see where the oil is coming from? I assume the turbo is the most likely location for oil to be coming from unless there is some fitting on the top of the motor. The turbo bottom appears to be dry though. The IP is fairly dry under and around it so I don't think it is coming from the front of the engine and traveling back. Is there somewhere or something I am overlooking. Not much room back there so I feel like Steve Wonder; routin around back there.
