5.0 propane conversion
I'm starting out with a stock 1996 ford bronco to do a propane re-power. i just got a 289 2v intake manifold to go with the 225 mixer and model e regulator that i had.
Should I deck the heads when change out the intake?
What's the max that they could be decked and what compression ratio would i end up with?
thanks in advance

Hope you have a big motor fuel tank. With a Bronco there is not a lot of room to mount a tank legally.
You can up your compression and change your timing curve to optimize for lp I will see if I can track down the info or some links for you. A 225 is a little on the small size I would recommend a ca300 or a ca425 especially if your going to up-power your 302
