Purchased a 5.4 gasser with 89K miles complete (less alternator & starter) anticipating installing it into my E250 with over 245K miles.

Any known issues with the '98 motors that would make this a bad idea?

Would love some input from anyone with working knowledge or experience with such a swap. If its advisable I'll have an extra complete F150 intake system available!
