Dipstick tube fell out

Can anyone show me a picture of where the dipstick tube goes into the engine? There is so much oil around the motor I can not find out where it goes?

spray it down with some break clean, you should be able to find it pretty easy, was it not bolted to the exhaust manifold?

its right under your driver side manifold mounted on top edge of the oil pan they are just pressure fitted in there make sure your rubber grommet pieces(if rotted out) dont fall in the hole. if it broke in half take a flat head screw driver and hammer and tap it out at the ridge of the tube(the circular ridge that keeps the tube from falling down the hole). hope that helped

It'd be helpful if you told us what engine you have.
