OK a little confused I am looking at the Rough Country 6 inch suspension lift.

I currently have 4 inch blocks in my rear now

Does this kit only come with 4 inch blocks as well?

Or is the rear only lifted 4 inches and the front is lifted 6 inches to level it out.

IF I already have the 4 inch block and ubolts installed it does not make sense to get the kit

Anyone out there know how the rear works with the kit

Most kits are leveling kits as well as lift kits, so the front will be raised more. I'm sure you can call Rough Country and get the answers you are looking for. I have a Fabtech 4 inch lift on my truck, and I have talked to the Fabtech people several times on the phone. I'm sure they will be happy to talk to you. Good luck.
