If a clip is broken your best bet is to use double sided tap, so you can still pull them off in need be. They build these trucks like tanks but the interior like little fluffy teddy bears :0

If your talking about the trim piece on the doors that is metal, mine had little clips on the outside of it. Its alittle tricky to get off without bending the metal but if you just work it off with a flat head its not to bad.

Everything back into primer sense i will be doing everything in gloss black. The plastic covers by the window switches has one screaw you just gotta take out then 3 holding it in i am still trying to figure out how to get the actual switches off without breaking one. The speaker grills were a pain in the front. You have to unscreaw the screaw on the top left corner of the door then there is clips holding it in so just pop them out by pulling on the door trim piece and push on the back of the grills and they will pop out. The gauge cover is also a bit of a pain with there being a few clips holding it in along with a few screaws i believe. When me and my buddy replaced my shift cable he broke a few off so mine just popped out. When you go to put the trim pieces back on along with the gauge cover if you broke some clips off use some double sided tap, you can pick it up at home depot, walmart, lowes or any hardware store. Buy the double sided tap that is used to hang pictures and such because its alot sticker and heavy duty then just normal double sided tap. Heres a few pics of everything in primer... i wet sanded everything with 600 grit to smooth the surface out and to get the little clear coat stuff that makes the parts shine off so the primer gos on better. Like i said before leave a good 45-60 minutes to let the primer completly dry inbetween coats. I will be using Krylon's fusion paint, it bonds very well to anything plastic, wood, metal. I dont believe they offer it in metallic colors which is why i used the other stuff for the metallic silver. On the can it says you dont need sanding or primer but if you want it to be really smooth i recommend both. The Krylon Fusion paint is really durable with a few coats so you can also use it on exterior parts. If you have any questions be free to ask

Heres a few pics of everything in gloss black :0 it didn't come out as "glossy" as i wanted but it is fine so it match's my floor mats If you want the glossy look just do a coat of clear coat and it will do the job. I did a total of 2 coats primer and 3 coats of the gloss black.

I still got a few parts left i need to do and will also post those up. I will be doing the engine bay next

I was going to put the final coat on today but my work area is around 40 degrees so way to cold to paint in so hopefully later today it will be warm enough to finish everything and get everything back in the truck. I cant wait to see how everything looks back in the truck! it defiantly needed some modern day touchs to the interior

Sorry it has taken me so long to post pictures of the finish product. It looks a ton times better then the stock junk crap... i will be putting mossy oak seat covers on the front along with the bench seat in the back and will be replacing the headliner with mossy oak camo Heres a few pics from before i painted everything...

Before:

Heres what i painted... Door trim pieces along with the trim piece where the window switches are along with the speaker grills, CD player trim, the door guards at the bottom or whatever you would call them, the guage cover along with the all the ***** and the piece surrounding the Ac/heat guages and the covers right below the front seats.

After:

It took me about 2-3 days total to paint everything (drying time is why it takes so long) and about $20 bucks total in paint but it makes a big diffrence on the inside and it also matches my husky floor mats
