anyone run pizza cutters?

Im shopping around for new tires. I'd like to go a little taller than the stock 235/85's on my F-350 but I'd rather not go too incredibly wide. 255/85 is an oddball size and not many makers have them, but they seem the best choice since I think 285's are too wide for the stock wheel. I also searched around for an inch pattern 33 narrow but can't find one for a 16 inch rim. Suggestions?

I run 215/85R16 on my motorhome for maximum fuel economy and rear dually tire cooling.

My 4x4 F250 I run 265/75R16 but that will change onces it's restored. I will go back to stock 235/85
