1994 F150 ECM fried

My ECM/PCM burned up (one of the capacitors is smoked.) Looking at other posts, most of the time the ECM is the root cause. While checking for shorts, I found that the TAD/AIRD was open. Then I found the connector neatly tied up to the engine harness. Should there be a diverter solenoid, or does my model not use one? 1994 F150. 4.9L E4OD. Any insight is appreciated.

The caps will go out from just being old.
The AIRD is the diverter solenoid.

Right, but there is no diverter solenoid. The connector is tied to the harness and looks like it has never been plugged in. Is it missing, or not applicable?

If you have the calibration number off the drivers door I can pull up a diagram and see.
Or if you still have the vacuum diagram under the hood you could look at it and tell.

You can have that capacitor on your ECM replaced on an electronics repair store, it should work ok if no other issues come up.

Calibration sticker says 3-52H-R10. It also says F3AE-6E061-HHH.

The circuit board is melted.
