Same here about the Goodyear's!

 

Gonna look into that this summer, but for now the band-aid fix is a new filter just to get through the winter until warmer weather sets in for good so I can take the furnace out of service longer to get that done.

This truck had goodyears on it when I bought it. Ironically I am looking at Fierce tires, they are made by good year. My truck has 18" wheels, ant tires are soooooo expensive, I want to try a set of "cheap" tires on it. I will say some of the tire probs I have is because I didnt rotate. So for now I think I am gonna get 2 new goodyears to get me by. I will venture to say the dealership put them on to sell it, as the tires still had nipples on them when I bought it. I always had goodluck with coursers and coopers, but I hear the coopers are not so good anymore!

 

Adam, Tires are one of those things that are a personal choice, get what works for you! I have always liked the Michelin's had, the LTX on my 97 Expy and got 75K miles out of them and have the LTX AT2's on my Excursion they are pricey but I believe you get what you pay for! I did try the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2 on my wife's 01 Expy as a cheaper choice but only have 10K miles on them and have been happy so far.

 

On my break and thought I would stop in and get my FTE fix.
