Figured I would throw this out to the FTE board before I Craiglisted.
I have a 99 F350, 7.3 PSD, with 6 spd for sale or possibly trade. It has Stage 1 injectors and an Adreneline pump on board with less than 2 hours on them, new glow plugs, and new fuel cups. The radiator is 4 months old.
Has a 4 position Bully dog, electronic jake brake, A post boost and EGT gauges. 305 Dunlop Mud terrains at about 70%, on American Racing rims.
4 door crew cab, lots of room. Was shot with new clearcoat about 4 years ago, and still looks good.
Would sell for 5 or 6, or trade for some new shoes and a DPF delete/tuner for an 08 if possible.
PM me for more info and pics if serious, and thanks for looking!
Steve

Hey Ford 6,
I have a buddy that works on fleet vehicles for the local power company. (7.3s) I had him install 8 new injectors and an adrenaline pump, as I knew I needed these, and he could do it quicker than I could. The motor was missing occasionally on #8 and throwing an SES light. We both assumed the injector system needed replacing, as the 260K is on original injectors.
He gets it done, and it has a definite miss now in #8, and is pressurizing the coolant system, although there is no oil showing in it. He thinks there is either a hole in the piston, or a cracked head. I also remember these motors' coolant going acidic and eating through a cylinder wall, so that might have happened. Bottom line, at 260K, I figured on trading it in anyway, but didnt want to take a trade in beat down. I could also very easily see myself tearing it down or swapping, but to tell you the truth, my schedule oftens gets too busy to honestly say that will happen in this lifetime, so here it is.
It does start and run, but it definately needs some work. No smoke, and the SES light is not lit up full time, it comes and goes, but the miss has been there since the injectors went in.
This help?
