1982' F100 Restoration

Hey everyone,

Would just like to introduce myself. I'm from North Carolina and relatively new to the forum. I have been contemplating for a while about doing a full restoration on an F100 and always came across the site when doing research. It was always very helpful info so I figured I would post progress of the project. I'm starting with an 82' stepside model. I will be stripping it all the way to frame to re powder coat and building from ground up. Hope everyone enjoys!

Looks lowered just a little. Or are the springs just tired? Looking forward to seeing this build!

Very nice. Looking forward to the progress and total outcome. Reminds me of how I wanted to get a flareside...

Mighty sweet, alright. And, it's got the right sticker in the rear window.

Thanks everyone! Started tearing it down tonight. Hopefully in a few days I can get the frame to the bead blaster. I can already tell I will be leaning hard on everyone when it comes to sourcing new replacement parts!

More progress on the tear down this afternoon. Need to get suspension off and it's ready for bead blaster. Then time to figure out what I'm keeping and replacing parts wise.
