I hope i never have to do mine either. Easiest was in a 78' Chevy silverado half ton. Took maybe an hour cause a took the time to wash the heater box. Worst was a 87' Camaro. Took 8 hr's. Had to drop the column and remove the entire dash assemble. I never did figure out where all the screws went back into. I had about 200 in my parts dish and only put about 190 back in.

I'm just gonna live with it for now, I was injured on the job & am on light duty, so bending & such is out of the question right now. We have had a wet...but mild winter here, so I just might bupass the core for now. Thanks for all the input!!!

Bad heater core. You can bypass it by using a 5/8 hose connection male/male and using factory hose claps. I just did mine and It wasnt too bad 6 bolts in dash and dont forget to remove steering shaft( its keyed so dont worry) and other electrical connects. While you there clean Evp core also mine was 50% clog with dirt and stuff. It took about 6 hours from start to finish.
