I work for an autoparts store and have had a few people come in thru the years wanting to do that with different vehicles....i have called the tire stores we supply parts to and sent them to them but they say its really not worth it if your just doing it because you have wheels with that pattern since they're really expensive as well...i'm sure they are available but whether or not theyre reasonably priced i dont know for sure

You can do most anything if you have the time, money, and skill. I converted my 69 Bronco to 8 bolt 3/4 ton to increase its durability. I narrowed a 3/4 ton Dodge van axle, and converted the rear to coil springs. For the front I replaced everything from the spindles out from a 3/4 ton Chevy pickup.
The first things to ask "Why do I want to do this? What am I willing to do to accomplish it?"
If you decide you want to do it start researching what it will take. It could be all you need to change is the axle shafts for the rear and the rotors for the front. It might also take swapping out the entire axle, or even changing the entire suspension or frame.
If you know someone with a Navi of the correct year you can do some comparisons. Don't expect much help from parts people because their computers will not show that the parts fit.
This could turn out to be a simple process of spending several hundred bucks and a weekend of bolting on parts, or spending several thousand bucks and months of fabrication.
Have fun, having something custom that no one else has is cool!
