Well it looks like February is about upon us...no stopping it no matter how hard we try!!!

Also the snow is decending on our state too...I'm out in sunny warm LA and my poor wife and daughters are back in Fort Wayne as the snow starts to take hold...BOY AM I GOING TO PAY for being out of state for this one!!!...WHY does it always seem to snow on the week's I'm out in crazy SoCal???...oh well...

So Indiana...WELCOME to February...we had a GREAT January BS thread...nice to see so many people contributing to our chapter...let's make February BETTER than January...even though there are 3 fewer days...let's give it our BS ALL!!!

So yesterday when I was on the plane from Detroit to LA...sitting across the aisle from me was the main character from Food Networks "Dinner Impossible"...Robert Irvine...Tracey and I watch Food Network quite a bit...my FAVORITE star is Giada...it kills me when she says CREAMY...and once when I watched her and she said creamy AND PARTY IN MY MOUTH 5 times in the first 3 minutes...I was done...literally! LOL...

But I got to talk with Robert Irvine...he was a nice guy...talked for a bit in first class from Detroit...down to earth guy...he was in LA to film an episode...his voice as not cooperating as he was getting over a cold or something...flying as much as I do to LA...I'm sure there are people I "should" know that I just don't care to know if you know what I mean...I sat next to Michael Moorer (sp?) once in first class...and every scenario I could picture in my mind had me getting lead off the plane in handcuffs...so I sat the whole 5 hour flight and never said BOO to the pansy next to me...I've also sat next to the editor in chief for AutoWeek magazine...that was a cool 5 hour flight...he had some great stories about cars he's gotten to bring home!!! I've also flown with the guy that plays "minnie me" in Austin Powers...the guy is literally 2 feet tall...no bull...never talked to him but have flown with him from Detroit to LA about 4 times now...

Well by the looks of the news...they sure have this storm being a biggie!

Tracey said about 5" of snow fell last night as a "pre-game" show...the main event is still down in Oklahoma moving north east...depending on the track...so we'll see how much is dumped on Fort Wayne...she is out this morning with the snow blower giving the main event a clean slate to paint on she said!

Hopefully everyone is where they need to be...my kids school was cancelled today and I'm sure it will be tomorrow as well...so she really has no place to go.

The generator is ready if she needs it as is the "big" 2-stage blower for one of my neighbors to manhandle...Tracey is using the single stage this morning.

Man can you guys tell me where January went?!?!?!

Thanks Wag...I am looking forward to actually seeing the sling myself when I get home (hopefully) on Thursday...it looks pretty nice in the photo...I think Zoe will really like the personal touch and make the gun HERS for sure!!!

Well...gotta dial into my first call of the day...been to the gym, showered and now call before my bowl of oatmeal!
