codes 13 and 19

codes 13 and 19
1989 4.9 Installed the restrictor plate for the egr valve, did not drill the 1/8th in hole in the plate...These are the codes I pulled after installing the plate: Code 13 says: unable to reach lower test limit... Code 19 says; failure in PCM internal voltage... I have no clue on where to go from here or how to repair the problem... The truck runs well, has a lot of power, but am still getting a bit of a rough idle... Any ideas will be appreciated for sure.. Thank you!!!

You are right Steve they are different. I got those codes from auto zone... I don't have a clue of what to do to solve the problem of codes 13 and 19. Will these codes cause a rough idle and what can I do to solve the problem.
