ok, how much should the IP go up when the turbo is installed?

First install a probe and gauge to monitor EGTs. Then bump the pump up gradually by one flat (1/6) turn on the screw. Keep EGT's below 1150*F.

were you asking how to monitor the egt's or how to turn up the fuel?

I thought he was wondering how to turn the fuel up. Monitoring EGT's is simply looking at the gauge so I doubt he was asking 'bout that.

So just letting it idle or do i want to be putting a load on the engine?

when i am monitoring the EGT, just let it idle when monitoring this or when im driving down the road watching the gauge?

so if my truck is not turbo charged yet and i want to turn the fuel up and i want to put a pyro on it. Do i just drill a hole in the exhaust manifold?

yeah man haveing a turbo wont change where you put the probe in at... to test the EGTs on it you want to put a big load in the bed or pull a heavy trailer up a steep hill at full throttle to see how high the EGTs go... Thats the hottest your engine will get
