1951 f3 Positive Gound?

The 51 model f3 is a positive ground system, isn't it?
Bringing my truck on home tomorrow and will be taking a battery to try an move the truck.

Not a simple question at all, especially if you haven't looked at the electrical system before. I didn't even know there were positive ground systems until I brought my '51 home, but I am a young'n still.
