Excursion Automatic to manual change
Hallo, Gentlemen !
Does someone has expierence in automatic 5-sp torqshift replacing by manual
ZF 650 in Ford Excursion 6,0 diesel?
Idea is to get all the staff from the donor vehicle - f-250 extended cab.
It's looks to fit, but maybe someone can point me narrow places in this process, some kind of electronics repining, or mechanical troubles. I'am from
Latvia (EU), it is rare truck in my land, so asking for help to Big American brother.

You may run into driveshaft length issues as well but you could measure both to see.
The only other problem would be if the crankshaft in the auto trans engine is not machined for the manual trans pilot bearing.
