Finally New F350 in Shed
My F350 King Ranch -Adobe Crew Cab showed up. Tri-White w/18" 70's "Hot Wheels" w/Michelins - very sharp looking. Got the Off-Road pkg, the camper for the sway bar, moon-roof and supplemental heat as this is my truck and my sedan.
All I can say is WOW! The handling, features, interior quality, drivetrain & frame robustness, fit and finish is unmatched. I am coming from a 2004.5 GMC 2500 HD Sierra Crew Cab (I looked at a 2010 Denali and was not impressed...even though they improved the engine and frame, their interior still looks the same and pales in comparison!).
King showed up Wed night. I picked him up after work on Thurs. Got to spend from 8:30pm-4am putting in the Dura-liner, the Retrax cover on, and installing the Duraflap mud flaps so I could bring it to work the next morning and have the truck afficianados inpsect it. Needless to say they were jaw dropped and nearly speechless. Next intsall is the Onki stainless grill guard.
I left Friday afternoon on vacation with family skiing, get back today, and then leave for a week for "training"...so no pictures for a while and no more play time until next week!
By the way this forum is fantastic...my wife cracked up when I said, "I love my truck more than her" and read her rob_nc and 2addy's posts! I just hope my big yellow lab Chester understands that he has to jump 2" higher to get into this truck!

Congrats Brian - I know you have been drooling with envy over my sled for a few weeks. Make sure you park the new baby somewhere safe. I understand there are parts of the world where people will break into your hotel room, steal everything you own, and then just disappear into the night...... Luckily, we have right to bear arms in this country so the odds are in your favor this time. Enjoy the "training" - Mangin

RedNeck,
I hear ya on the right to bear arms. In addition to "Chester" who would lick intruder to death, my family is heavily armed, and I have two blocks of C4 under the driver's seat. If someone does make it off the property, my plan is to get on the roof of the house and hit the remote detonation and look for the mushroom cloud
What RedNeck is referring to is when I was in Peterborough, UK last week my hotel room was broken into from the outside and my computer bag stolen (computer, passport, car keys, etc...), then that weekend my son's brand new snowboard was stolen (Christmas present from grandpa), then this weekend while my family was at the water park a guy walks up to our chairs and takes one of our towels - I just about dismantled him...instead I kindly offered for him to get me a new towel as he was in front of his wife and kids...apparently I conveyed my intent quite well as he promptly got a new towel.
All in all I live in a fantastic and safe little town..."knock on wood"
