Thanks to Roland (Mueckster) my leveling kit is on

Reps to Roland (Mueckster) for helping out a fellow FTE brother.
My truck has been long overdue for ball joints, but I just didn't have the time to get em done before my trip here to Texas.
Not to worry, Mueckster to the rescue...
Roland offered up his help, his garage, and his tools to help me replace all four ball joints, and add a leveling kit to my truck before my long 1100 mile trip back to Florida pulling my camper.
I would also like to thank Costa (Redboat) for emailing me pics, and tech support from his leveling kit install, Big Joe (flatbeder) also for tech support, and for helping talk me into the kit after seeing pics of his truck.
and Richard (deluxe06) for the great writeup on changing 2wd ball joints.
Thanks to everyones help, the job went smooth.
Here are a some pics of the install.

Thanks for the kind words, Mike.
You're quite welcome, Frank. It wasn't too bad of a job at all. It never seems like work when you're helping a fellow member/brother. Glad to be of help.

man that lift looks good. glad everything went well.
and yes roland is a good guy.
iv been down after my surgary and he came spent the day hanging out and looking at my truck. i did not know my balljoints were bad but he could see one tire leaning in. and sure enough they were bad. iv been checking prices, so it will be awhile before i can fix them. but i need to heal up some more before i can crawl around under the truck
good luck on the trip and be safe.

From what I have read, the grinding is on a truck to truck basis. My truck looked like it could have been aligned with out doing the grinding, but since it was apart I just did it to error on the side of caution.
It beats tearing back into it after the alignment shop calls with bad news.
I'll find out tomorrow if I ground enough......

going to have to update your profile pic now Franko. Looks good and reps to Roland. Still looks easier than installing one on a 4x4.
