I butchered the oil filter cap oring when changing the filter. It is leaking. Where can I score just the oring?

You messed up the new one that came with the new filter?

I'm pretty sure I ha e one in my toolbox, still in the plastic...a new filter mistakenly came with two a while back. If you send me your address I can mail it to you.

It's amazing what Ford charges just for the o-ring.

There's a couple of times I've left the oil filter o-ring in, inspected carefully. But this way I have 2 spares for fuel filter changes, the place I'm always concerned about the o-ring.

It's not like I don't have spare filters in the house.
