I take it you are talking about the IAT sensor and not the MAF sensor that is at the RH front of engine compartment.
Here is the location of the IAT sensor on a 1996 California 7.5L engine in a F350.

Thanks! I had the ICT and ECT mixed up. Do you know the input voltage and power source for the ECT?

Thanks again. So on the ECT I got .7 volts o the input side with a warm engine. The only convenient ground I had was the battery ground. return voltage was all of 0.02 volts. Is there a better way to measure the input and return voltages? Right now I have metal pins stuck into the wiring harness at the sensor end.

I'm getting lean engine codes and have gone through all the usual stuff like MAF, fuel filter, vacuum leaks, fuel pressure regulator, etc. and am suspecting that something is not sending the PCM good data.

If you are getting errors on all of those sensors of to high voltage I would say you lost the ground to, in or from the computer.
The ground return at each sensor should be the same electrically as the NEG post of the battery.

I have a 1988 E350 with a 460 and have located what I believe is the Air Charge Sensor in approimately the same location a shown in the diagram for the 1996.
Do you have any information regarding a 1988 ford?

I was wanting a diagram for a 1988 ford 460, to verify the location of the ACT sensor before I start working on the engine.

They did not put a engine diagram in the 88 EV&TS manual but here is one from the 1990 EV&TS manual, it should be the same as the 88. There may be one in the 88 or 89 shop manual that I can scan in if this is not what you want but I will have to find where I put them first.

ACT sensor at location F-6 in the diagram:
