Theres a very good chance of it. Generally, you'll get contribution codes for all cylinders with the p0611. More testing should be done to verify the ficm though.

In the 6.0 forum there is a test and a fix for the ficm that you may try before getting a new one. You can reflow the solder joints and sometimes that fixes them. Worth a try and cheaper than a new one.
