01 f450 pinion nut size
I have a 2001 ford f450 super duty with a triton v10. Its a duelly. I have a pinion seal leaking and I do not have the right size socket for the nut on the pinion shaft/yoke. Anyone familiar with the size

Welcome to FTE.
I'm not sure if you have a Dana-80 in your F-450 like I have in my F-350, but if you do, the nut size is 1 7/8". I had to buy a special socket from Snap-on to take the nut off. Be sure you have a way to put 470 lb torque on the nut after you get it back on.
