Santa brought me a set of brushes for my 52 F-3 generator....how about you all?
Hope everyone had a safe holiday.

Santa (santa= my own wallet) brought me a nice set of retractable seat-belts from Juliano's Hot Rod Parts.

My friend sent me a rebuild-able steering box and a set of front spindles from his stash of 6 or so 57-60 Fridge parts trucks.

How where the seat belts? I think thats the same guy i sold a Bridgeport mill and south bend lathe to. He has a real nice setup there.

I got a Ford-logo stool for the shop, and a set of Metrinch (metric/inch) sockets -- great for the boneyard.

I got a Ford V8 logo thermometer for my shop, a new welding helmet, and a new cut off tool. But, for some reason, he forgot my request for a new 60 gallon upright air compressor and those 4 NOS steel fenders. Oh well, I guess maybe next year.

My gift was a bunch of help from my sons (home for the holidays), and my brother in law. We mounted up the cab from my F2 onto the F1 chassis (which included a really good cleaning and painting the bottom and the firewall). After that I finished building the engine, resealed the trans, and installed the pair onto the chassis.....lots of progress for Christmas. Pictures to follow in another thread!!
