I have a 2004 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer Edition with a factory Navigation Radio. The reception was poor so I attempted to intall a after market antennae with an amplifier. I didn't want to pull the radio from the dash so I installed it to the existing wiring near the antennae amplifier on the back right window.

It worked much better, briefly. It went from receiving 20 stations to 58. I then stripped the wires back and connected them together with electrical tape. I made sure I didn't connect them wrong.

When I put the wires back the radio, navigation, and dvd player stopped working. I disconnected the new antennae and still it does not power on.

I checked the fuses but none appear to be blown. Please help!
