Anybody know about a cruise-in/show this weekend in Sisters? I was pretty sure there was an event in conjunction with 'My Own Two Hands'/Sisters Folk Festival but I can't find any mention of it.........

 

I had not heard anything. there is notting on the web page about a car show at this event.

There is a show in Redmond this weekend, at Diego's, down town.

 

How long ya got to stay over in the land of....... ah Portland?

 

Just long enough to drop off 500lbs of brass, and pick up 30-40 sheets of plywood......

 

That's not to bad, we are going over on Sat. to take the race cars to the track. I bit of fun and work on them.

 

I have a butt-load of work today!............see you guys this evening!

 

Thanks, maybe I was confused (or I was reading the paper before I'd had enough coffee and it was all gibersih).... I'll look into the Redmond info, maybe even treat SWMBO to a dinner out.

Yep, the car show is Sat from 9-2:30, 7th and Evergreen, Downtown Redmond. It is put on by Diego's and a couple of local car people. They expect to have over 100 cars. Be sure to grab one of the Downtown Merchants Scavenger Hunt sheets, you could win $100 Cash! Pick them up at the Downtown Merchants table next to the sign-up table.

Bring your trucks down, all proceeds benefit the the Humane Society of Redmond. Maybe we could have a FTE section!

 

Nice. 9 - 2:30 means I'm only on the hook for lunch, and maybe not even that 'cuz I'm sure there's some equestrian event she's already committed to....

Ugh, made it through the day...

Training my dog is really frustrating me, and wearing me out!

 

What kind of dog?.........Is it still a pup?

Lots of work today, but................I came home and got the Bronco II running!.......IT LIVES!!!!
2 relays had to be jumpered with 12v, but it runs!.....motor sounds real good too, even moved it around the property on its own power. Figure out the wiring dilema and I have another driver.

 

Love to be there, but will be in Portland. Check out the Kramen Ghia with the flames on Saturday. That day I was in your shop and the lady that walked by, that I said was my wifes friend, that will be her car.
