I do not have real instructions, but it seems like a previous owner simply found random holes or drilled some holes in the body for seat belts.
Unfortunately, I question their integrity in a car accident, and will most likely go back and re-mount them--I just don't know how or where.
Sorry I'm not much help.

there some automotive aftermarket sites that do show instructions for installing seat belts..
basically in these old sites you bolt the seat belt to the floor next to the seats. Most will add a reinforcing plate under the floorboard... something like 1/8" plate 6x6" square to spread the load if the belt is 'tested'
if you're doing 3 point belts there are plates available that will weld between the rear window frame and the door frame that follow the curve of the cab and have a threaded insert that matches the seat belt bolt... or you can bend your own fairly easily... a google search on installing seatbelts should give you lots of examples... your post count is too low to use the forum search but you can do the same thing using Google and at the bottom of the advanced search page put in Ford Truck Enthusiasts, 1948-2011 Ford F150, Super Duty & SUV owners community and information source. Covers F100, F-150, F250, Bronco, Ranger, Explorer, Expedition, Lighting, Escape and More as the domain to search... here's a few examples

There's been a lot of good answers to your question with the links and especially. And I'd add I'm not certain from your question if you're installing a later model type with a shoulder harness too? But you mention NOS so I'm guessing? its just a "lap belt" only? If I'm correct you likely got some mounting hardware with it? Hopefully they supplied you with the web belt bracket and the big round oversize washer-like floor reinforcements and the big 7/16 or so bolts. You need all that or can make it mostly, but not so easily the web belt bracket. Here's a link to a pic of lap belt install instructions and you can see the brackets and such I'm talking about.
I've got lap belts and shoulder harnesses too for competition in my truck or I'd show you a pic of what I've got/but its different with roll bar and all.

No, it's not a show car, but the last concours élégance in Granby, I win the first place on 39 pickup truck and far away the second place, but I like driving my truck in Eastern township in Quebec or visit Stowe in Vermont for the foliage of fall.
I try to find people with the same truck but it's very RARE...I can't find it

Ya for sure its rare. I'm a Fridge fan--we call them Fridges around here--affectionately I hope because design wise they so much resemble a Fridgedaire ice box from the 50's. But they grow on one. I've got a 58 and I've always preferred the 57 because even though i like my truck very much I've never been a big fan of the two extra headlights or the "a little too busy for me" grill of the 58. I think, for me, the 57 is a cleaner design with just the two headlights and the simpler grill. Other than that I think they're equal.
Good luck with the truck, I'm sure you'll be winning more awards.
