Looking for a stock steering wheel...what fits a 74 f100?
The PO (or maybe the one before that) put on a tiny grant wheel, and I want to put it back to stock (or at least closer to stock), but I don't want to pay for a new one from a vendor. What years and models should I look for? Do all 73-79 wheels fit? I'd need the whole thing, wheel, horn, turn signal cancel cam, etc...Thanks!

D4TZ3600A .. Black Steering Wheel / Reproduced by Dennis Carpenter.
Original applications:
1971/77 F100/350 except 1975/77 F100/350's with factory installed Speed Control.
1973/77 Bronco / 1975/77 Econoline except with Speed Control.
There is no horn ring used after 1970. 1971/77's (and later) use a vinyl horn pad. The type for 1971/77's is the same, but w/Speed Control is different.
The TSS is the same 1973/77, but with manual or auto trans makes a difference. The Speed Control switch is also different.

Your PO and my PO must be related... my rig had a tiny 13-inch Grant wheel on 35s and NO power steering. It was quite a workout until I retrofitted a 79 integral PS system.
Numberdummy is on the money....78s and 79s use a different style turn signal cancel cam. The wheel will fit but the turn signals won't cancel. I run a 79 Bronco wheel with the fancy faux burl inlay. Purty. Seems that turn signals in CA are treated as optional anyway...
DC had a blemished early wheel for $100 a couple of months back. 'might be worth a look. Don't forget that it doesn't come with a horn pad... more cha-ching.
