Yes you can just remove the marker lights without removing the whole headlight assembly. Look between the bottom of the headlight and the top of the bumper. You will see two screws remove them and grasp the lights firmly, and pull straight out. They can be a little temperamental to get out so be patient. Good luck!

High beams

My headlights with newer (clear not fluted) lenses have been in and working flawlessly for almost 4 years now. No new bulbs, everything works perfect and I love the high beams. Brighter than my friends 2008 headlights!
Thanks,
early '99 F250 6sp manual 150K and going strong.

The headlight housings are the first thing I bought for my truck. Made a big difference in the ability to light up the road ahead and the visual appearance.

Sous, do you mind sharing which lights you went with? This thread is a bit dated and the link doesn't work anymore. Mine are in dire need of doing.

Sure thing Rob, the link to the housings I bought is below.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I installed Phillips bulbs for the main light, then a chrome/amber bulb in the running light to give it a clear appearance when not illuminated and then the 194 in the corner is the OEM bulb.
