Cool Another 4WD Question

My ESOF isn't working. I have vacuum to both hubs but they don't lock. They WILL lock in manual. The transfer case is also working. I noticed while replacing all the vacuum hoses that BOTH inner seals are flopping in the wind. Is that my problem? Anyway, gotta get a shower and go to bed. Gotta work tonight.

The seal parts that you see in the steering knuckle are not related to your vacuum problem. It is possible that one of the inner seals is leaking though....you can use something like a Mity-vac to attempt to draw a vacuum in the knuckle, and I am certain that you will find that vacuum will not hold in one of the knuckles. There are diaphragms in the hubs that can tear as well causing a vacuum leak/inoperative automatic operation.
