Mine are all new wheels. Custom chromed on the F1 and plain stock modern on the F2.

I just wanted something to mount radials on that I can run on a working driver. I haven't seen an old truck with any hubcaps up here - lol

I know here in CA you can do a Lien sale which basically requires you to hold on to the vehicle 30 days until it clears then you get the title in hand no problems. One thing which probably isnt your case if it was ever reported stolen it never falls of the books and that could be a mess. Like they suggested Id definitely would get paperwork straight before you invest a dollar into it. Would be a shame to restore her for some one else to reap the benefits. Ive turned down some pretty good deals when people couldnt produce paperwork but thats with 60s and 70s muscle cars which have a higher chance of being stolen then a old farm truck.

I'm still not sure about the hubcaps, but I want the option to if I decide later on. Apparently here in Colorado, the vehicle has to be processed as an abandoned vehicle, and bonded by a insurance company. Then an appraisal needs to be done, at which point a title can be applied for. Not too hard.
