1975 Ford Crew Cab Build
#31
For whatever reason I ended up tearing into the motor.
The PO said the Dodge Cummins has been wrecked. It was missing a few parts from the front FEAD so just for piece of mind i tore it apart to see if it was ok.
At 240k it had some minor wear. Head gasket had worn into block so off it went to machine shop for some massaging. Piston's were ok. So i decided to re-ring and while i was at it put new main bearings in also.
One thing led to another and suddenly there's a Hamilton Cam going in this thing.
Added ARP head studs while I was at it. So pretty...
