zxwut is right... for your application this would be a waste of money. These type of mods really only work with an adaptive throtle system that "learns" as you drive. This is something you'd find more common in luxury performance cars. It works in harmony with traction control but can be very annoying to those that dont require assistance from the "driving nanny!"

You could take the $90.00, dump it in the toilet, pull the handle and watch it go round and disappear.
You would get as much benefit as if you had installed it, and still be $90.00 lighter.

thanks guys cause i tried that rotating the tps sensor to .9 and was promised by an older mechanic that it would increase throttle response no luck so i officially say screw this thang , thanks for the help and will be posting about my build in the future
