FRONT FENDERS ON A 51

I got my front fenders on 2day. WooooHooooooo The rubber that go's in the gap between the fender and cab. ANY one got a good pic. of this ? Does it go the whole lenght of the fender from the running board to the top of the fender were it bolts to the inner fender ?

It goes all the way up from the joint where the fender attaches to the little splash guard down by the running board, all the way up to the edge where the fender leaves the cowl.

Here's mine (but I'm cheating as you can see):

No sheet rubber on the back of your fenders though.

Yes, and goes between the little shield that fills the gap between the running board and fender. Not the greatest pic, but...

I agree with the fine looking paint job. I also appreciate the pic to help me install my fenders. However, I have a stupid question. The rubbers kindly looks like an "H" from the end with one side a little longer than the other. I assume the longer side would be to the outside (exposed) when properly installed. Also, does where do you locate the small (approx 3-4") rubber that goes on top of the fender support that extends out from the radiator? Sttupied me, did not take photos when I disassembled the truck. Harley

fender support rubber

sits almost in the middle of fender. Thats the only place it will fit right. Thats were mine is anyway. Yes the big part out

Well Julie it came from pep boys. It comes in a 25 foot roll. Made for door edge . COOL AIN'T IT !!!! Also fits good on the drip rails.
