How hard would it be to swap a 7.3 in to a v10 truck.

You'll have to change the transmission too.
They are different.
It might be easier to just go buy a diesel truck.

If you are mechanically inclined not to hard. It is going to take awhile. you'll need a few major things. the engine, new computer, engine bay wiring harness, new radiator support plus radiator and intercooler, new tranny or yours rebuilt with the diesel parts put in it, battery trays and wiring for the 7.3l.
just some of the major things.

That's not going to work.

A trans from a V10 will not bolt to a 7.3L engine, the bolt patterns on the case are different. You'll need a diesel transmission.
