Best hands free cell phone device

I was wondering if any one had a suggestions on a hands free bluetooth device not an ear piece but a speaker phone one. There are a bunch of different ones out there but which work the best?

I have blue tooth in my pioneer nav. unit. Works well with a small microphone hooked on the visor and the sound comes thru the speakers. Syncs easy too.

I have the Pioneer U310BT and love it. All I do is get in the truck and it syncs right up. Also allows you to sync your contacts to the radio so making calls is all done completely through the radio.

If a head unit swap isn't on your list, (though I reccomend it becasue you get NAVI, bluetooth, and a more powerful sound system all for about $300), ones like this on ebay I know work well too. I have a Motorola EQ5 portable device. It is a very good set of speakers, although I have had some difficulty at times getting it to stay paired with my laptop.

I have not tried to use it as a hands free device in the truck though. Every hands free device I have tried to use has picked up too much of the truck noise and people can't hear me well enough.

If your looking for a head unit with BT built in then the Pioneers where its at. If you looking to retain the factory head and add on a device then my vote is for the Motorola IHF1000 or IHF17000. Both do audible dialing and caller ID. BEst Noise cancelling microphone on the market IMO.

Yeah I'd say the best way to go is an aftermarket head unit with BT capability.

I stuck a Clarion CX609 in my wife's Mountaineer. The BT is great on that unit.

I know it's probably not an option but I sure do like Sync.

I do have a question. The radio I put in is from a 2005 ford escape. and on the radio there is a phone button. Does this mean I could hook up something to my radio?

I pretty much did exactly like this write up...
2004 F250 Stereo Upgrade

Will the Motorola IHF1000 still work with the auxiliary jack plugged in?
