I was wondering if any one had a suggestions on a hands free bluetooth device not an ear piece but a speaker phone one. There are a bunch of different ones out there but which work the best?
I have blue tooth in my pioneer nav. unit. Works well with a small microphone hooked on the visor and the sound comes thru the speakers. Syncs easy too.

I have the Pioneer U310BT and love it. All I do is get in the truck and it syncs right up. Also allows you to sync your contacts to the radio so making calls is all done completely through the radio.
I have a Motorola EQ5 portable device. It is a very good set of speakers, although I have had some difficulty at times getting it to stay paired with my laptop.
I have not tried to use it as a hands free device in the truck though. Every hands free device I have tried to use has picked up too much of the truck noise and people can't hear me well enough.
If your looking for a head unit with BT built in then the Pioneers where its at. If you looking to retain the factory head and add on a device then my vote is for the Motorola IHF1000 or IHF17000. Both do audible dialing and caller ID. BEst Noise cancelling microphone on the market IMO.
ok guys thanks. I dont think I am going to get a new head unit because I just bought on a few weeks ago ( i wish i had thought about this before) thanks for all the input. I am going to look into the Motorola one some more.
I do have a question. The radio I put in is from a 2005 ford escape. and on the radio there is a phone button. Does this mean I could hook up something to my radio?
