Why don't you really do it properly and install some projectors in your factory headlights!
You'll care if someone is blinded and hits you head on, or turns around and follows you home. Around $350.00 for everything you need to have better output then your car. I even posted a HOW TO: to make things a lot easier.

more or less what i'm talking about, though, there are cheaper and easier retrofits...

Custom HID Projector Lens in Stock Housing
done on a ranger, but it should fit on a full size also
